Being Educated Doesn’t Guarantee Being Learned

Off the late I have experienced changing relation from everyone right from near and dear ones to just acquaintances. I have actually failed to understand what has changed things over night. Rather I feel do people stop thinking or may be their brain just go on strike.

There is this one person, who is actually leaving the organization but has said loads of things to seniors. He has just come up with any kind of argument which is completely baseless. How come he forgot that he has been strengthen to this extend only because of his seniors here. His seniors have game him so much exposure and knowledge bank that he is able to go out in world and stand to something. In this I feel, whatever, even if you have to go, go with dignity. You are leaving an organization, its not necessary to break every relation to be left behind. It’s not wise to hurt. One can never succeed by hurting others. The growth becomes stagnated. He learnt everything but was not able to learn behavior respect for others.

This person has arguments based on someone else’s statements. He listens to someone else and hurt his own near and dear ones. He is so unfortunate that he was not able to know his own people. How they are and they would not be reacting. He was just not able to defend his own people in front of other. He just heard one side of story and forgot that there are always two sides to every story. He was not bothered to hear the other side of story. He just camouflaged the ill behavior of the other person. And he never heard to anything or may be had no guts to sit in front and talk. He had his own way of communicating things and labeling it as efforts to mend the relations a sheer disappointment for someone being so educated. Funny part was, he has got his own assumptions which made ass of every one. Hurting your own people is never advisable because it can never make any good in life. Is it worth to make new relations at the cost of old relation or hurting people?

So many people have their own way of reacting. This girl has always an argument or an answer ready for every elder who questions her about any of her doing. And the most important thing is the way she speaks is complete crap. She has so much of self pride on basis on nothing actually nothing. She is merely educated for basics which hundreds and thousand of people do.

There are many such people who behave just badly even after being so well educated. I had always heard eductaion makes you a good thoughtful person. But its just not the fact. Being a thoughtful and good person is a part of self development.  Someone has said it rightly that being educated doesn’t make you learned. For being learned it’s important for self development. It is important that you have your ear eye open and mouth close to be better. Its no point in having relations or increments by breaking or hurting old relations. Finally now it depends on every individual if he wants to be only educated or also want to be learned.
