Are we really adapting western culture......
Now-a-day we all have become net freak. We all spend maximum of our time chatting and on net working sites. These are the site which have maximum exposure to many things. We met people and talk to them. Many a times talking to people becomes a habit or rather addiction. The companies we work for also give a free access to messengers.
I was just thinking is it really right to know someone from chats. It has happened that people are so much into chatting. Then they exchange numbers. Now this chatting is supported by phone calls and messages. The involvement starts increasing. Over the period of time we start feeling that we are in love with the person in front though we have not met each other. How true it is or is it a complete virtual love? I think many of us who are net freak must have come to this stage.
That day i discussed this with some of my friends. The views I got was it is totally crap. Some told me that boys are there on line only for time pass and make fun of girls, rather emotional fools. They said it is not true at all. Some said it should be kept only for time pass. But what I feel is it may be true. You can actually trust each other. I don't say that you should decide to stay for a life time without seeing each other. But you should give it a try. Of-course we can meet sometime. Then take a final decision. I don't feel it is a complete crap.
One of my friend also told me that it is very important to know the habit of a person. To know their body language or mannerism. It is also important to know their public standing. It is also important to know how they behave with other. All these factor decide to have a full fledged relationship to stay life long.
I am really confused how to decide everything. I mean it is good in a way that we get to know so many people. But decisions of these kind, I mean is it right. What do you feel about this? Are we really adapting western culture so badly that we don't think about these basics. I would like to know everyones view on this.
